Anise Seeds 1 tsp. crushed seeds to 1 cup boiling water, steep Sweet taste
Mints Leaves, fresh or dry 2 tsp. dried or 1/2 cup fresh leaves to 1. cup water Peppermint, spearmint, apple mint, orange mint
Clover Blossom Flowering tops 2 tsp. to 1/2 cup boiling water for 10 minutes Steep with most herb teas
Marjoram Fresh leaves Steep in boiling water Add to mint varieties
Sage Fresh, chopped leaves Steep in boiling water Try pineapple sage, serve hot or iced
Rose Hips Dried, finely chopped Soak in a small amount of water for 12 hours, steep for 30 minutes Add hibiscus for a lemon flavor
Hibiscus Flowers Steep in boiling water, serve hot or cold t Lemony flavor, add to rose hips
Lemon Thyme Whole stem Boil for a minute or so Try with alfalfa
